Brenda G. Chrisman is the Operating Manager for Heritage Title, LLC. She has been in the real estate industry since 1988 and is a Licensed Underwriting Agent in Virginia and Maryland. She is appointed with Fidelity National Title Insurance Company and First American Title Insurance Company. She has handled residential and commercial real estate transactions throughout Virginia and Maryland. E-mail Brenda.
Julie Comer has been a life-long resident of Page County. After working in Harrisonburg for several years, she is excited to be working in her home county. She has been working in real estate for almost a year and is looking forward to expanding her career with Heritage Title. E-mail Julie.
April Knight has lived in Page County all her life. She has worked for Heritage Title since January 2007 and has done closings for properties located in Page Shenandoah, Warren, and Rockingham counties and other surrounding areas. She enjoys real estate and is studying to become a licensed underwriter. E-mail April.
Debbie Menefee has 28 years of experience in the real estate industry with 21 years working as a Real Estate Paralegal doing title examinations, document preparation and closings. She worked as an office manager for a top producing real estate company in Harrisonburg for seven years. Debbie earned her Real Estate Salesperson License in 1992 and worked briefly with a top producing real estate company also in Harrisonburg. Jayne B. Miller has been a real estate paralegal since 1998 and has worked for Heritage Title since 2003. Jayne grew up in Winchester and now lives in Rockingham County with her husband Mark and their three teenage children Evan, Ryan, and Kiersten. Aby J. Newton is a 2001 graduate of James Madison University. She has been a Licensed Underwriting Agent in Virginia since 2003 and Maryland since 2007, and has been a member of PWAR since 2007.
